The Goblin Queen (sequel to Return to the Maze) 17

As Jackie walked along the street to the hotel in the early morning light, tears poured down her face. She had left Katie's house before they were all up. Goodbyes were always hard on her. There was no way she could bear to say goodbye to her devoted friends of twelve years. Jackie took her hotel key in hand a pushed the door to their room open. Jareth was laying on the bed, right where they had been, snuggling close to one of her sweaters. Jackie slowly closed the door and snuck up beside the bed. Jareth was so occupied with the movie he didn't even see her coming up behind him. Jackie pounced on his back, and he flipped her upside down. He lay atop her, lightly pressing down on her stomach with his own. His hair tickled her nose, and Jackie screeched as he tickled her stomach. They rolled around, tickling one another, until Jareth pulled Jackie close and kissed her. Their tounges danced, and Jackie and Jareth were so immersed in the kiss they didn't hear the knock that came at the door
"Room service," a grouchy voice called. The couple didn't hear the knock or the call and the woman walked right in, took one look at the couple and began stripping the bed, right underneath them. Jackie and Jareth rolled off the bed, and onto the floor, still kissing, immune to their surroundings. The maid grunted while poking them with her foot. They broke apart as she kicked them harder.
"Good," she muttered, "I was scared I would have to pry you apart or be forced to watch you strip right in front of me." Jackie blushed, and Jareth grabbed their unopened bags and ducked out of the room.
